He has over forty years experience litigating matters and was the first Assistant District Attorney for St. Lawrence County during the years 1967-1975. He was also formerly Corporation Counsel for the City of Ogdensburg, Counsel for Lisbon School and an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
